ExxonMobil Petroleum & Chemical Holdings Inc. (EMPCHI) was established in July 1966.  It is currently involved in supporting the marketing of Mobil branded automotive, industrial and  marine lubricants including petroleum specialty products and asphalt  through a network of distributors throughout the country.
