20th World Petroleum Congress

ExxonMobil will demonstrate its commitment to finding solutions to the challenge of meeting growing world energy demand while reducing environmental impacts at the 20^th World Petroleum Congress (WPC). 

The international conference and exhibition will take place in Doha, Qatar, on December 4-8, 2011. With a relationship spanning decades, ExxonMobil is proud to support Qatar as the event’s first host in the Middle East.

Rex W. Tillerson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Exxon Mobil Corporation, said “Qatar has become one of the world’s leading energy-providing nations and its responsible energy development is an example of what can be achieved through cooperation, innovation and investment.”

Members of ExxonMobil’s senior management team will present keynote remarks and participate in key panel sessions. ExxonMobil’s exhibition will showcase its successful relationship with its partners in the Middle East and its distinguishing capabilities in the key areas of operational excellence, innovative technologies, social responsibility and national content, and energy efficiency. The exhibition will also feature the Mobil 1 Racing Team along with the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes showcar.
