Advancing R&D in light of increased regulation and enhanced technology

In the previous edition of Voyager, we unveiled our marine test engine and explained how it would help us reduce the time it takes to get products on the market.

The land-based version of a marine crosshead slow speed diesel engine is now installed and can reproduce the temperatures and pressures found on board vessels. This test engine will provide invaluable help in developing next generation cylinder and system oils for the marine industry.

This latest video reveals how we can use this facility to test a range of different fuel and lubricant formulas and play a key part in improving engine protection and performance.
