Dan Kadlecek has more than 20 years’ experience at ExxonMobil, working at the forefront of ExxonMobil’s sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) efforts since he joined the company in 2001. He has worked on fuel manufacturing projects for ExxonMobil’s aviation business, including the manufacturing of synthetic fuels.

A Houston native inspired to pursue a career in chemistry by his high school chemistry teacher, Kadlecek received his Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. He later went on to receive his PhD in chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania.
