In this edition, we showcase our new Mobil Serv℠ Oil Drain Optimization Program, which is designed to meet the individual needs of vessel operators with high speed engine, delivering a range of benefits including the potential to safely extending oil drain intervals.

We have details of the additions to our Mobil SHC™ Aware™ range of lubricants – a new grease and hydraulic oils that meet the US Vessel General Permit (VGP) requirements for Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EALs).

In this issue we also share our assessment of the Low Carbon Fuel Standard, in response to the IMO’s aspirations to cut GHG emissions, and outline how we aim to meet future energy needs with new marine fuel formulations.

In other good news, we wanted to share that we’ve been selected as one of Polaris Shipping’s top three business partners, for the first time.
