Hydrofined soft wax
Ultra-low melt points for industrial use
Our Prowaxx™ HS line is ultra-low melt point, hydrofined soft wax product. It is produced as the co-product of deoiling fully-refined wax and is then catalytically hydrofined for exceptional water white color. It is a mixture primarily composed of branched, iso-paraffin hydrocarbons and normal paraffins.
Prowaxx™ HS are ultra-low melt point, hydrofined soft wax products. They are designed to be used as a component in a final wax blend or emulsion. Applications include:
Candle wax blends
Wax emulsion and blends
Fire starters and logs
Raw material for lubricants and greases
Dust control for roofing granules, roads, fertilizer and others
