Driver research
During November ExxonMobil commissioned a market research company to complete 240 driver interviews at our South
Houston, Billings, Des Plaines and Nashville terminals. The interviews focused on a number of areas including
terminal
facilities, outage communications and the broader terminal experience.
We are currently reviewing the feedback provided by the drivers and working to understand better what we can improve
to
make the experience at our terminals better for drivers and our valued customers.
We plan to share some of the insights and planned next steps emerging from the research at the scheduled 2019
customer
terminal days.
